Attend this 3-day intensive hands-on Core Power workshop where you’ll gain an intuitive understanding of the pivotal role core power plays in upright posture, movement, & health.

Participants will experience muscles taking shape beneath their fingertips as they build them in clay on their own model of the human skeleton, then experience the action of each through various exercises, stretching and poses.

About the Presenter:
Michelle Howard is an Associate Faculty member at the distinguished Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Boulder, Colorado, where she teaches kinesthetic anatomy in both the basic and advanced studies programs, using the Zahourek System.

Michelle’s first serious study of human anatomy began as a fine arts student at the University of Northern Colorado. Eventually, this led her to a career in the healing arts.  She is currently a nationally certified massage therapist with over ten years experience helping people understand and befriend their bodies.

In addition, Michelle mentored with Dr. Kenneth R. Morgareidge and Mr. Jon Zahourek learning the Zoologik ManikenÔ System and its use in the classroom setting.  She teaches part-time for Zahourek Systems, Inc. as well as at the Anatomy in Clay Center of Boulder.

The following required materials are included in your course fees (Value: $200):

• Ownership of one half Maniken^®
• One basic tool set and pound of clay
• Lab fee for rental of additional ZSI resources such as base and boom and reference materials.

*All materials are required for participation, and are included in course fees. The Maniken^®, Clay, and basic tool set are yours to keep so you can continue working with your Maniken^® after the workshop. Because you’ve purchased these great learning tools to participate in this course - future Anatomy in Clay courses will be offered to you at reduced fees.
