The optimal way to learn the Pilates system.
Personal Training allows the instructor to develop
a workout program specific to your body, and
your goals, selecting the exercises that will
benefit you the most. If you have special needs,
personal training sessions may be required to
ensure your safe participation and understanding
of the exercises prior to enrollment in a group
class or open gym.
Recommended
for students who prefer learning/working under
the direct supervision of an instructor, and
for students with special needs that require
individualized attention.
*All sessions are scheduled based on instructor
availability.
