Quick Start
The Centerworks® Pilates Quick-Start Program is designed for healthy individuals who would like to get a jump start on developing a workout plan and move into our Open Gym - supervised equipment training program.
Participants in Quick-Start get four, semi-private Reformer sessions to familiarize you with a basic Pilates program that you can learn quickly, be confident with, and continue into our Open Gym program.

Open Gym
Open Gym provides clients an opportunity to workout utilizing the Pilates equipment in a small group setting (maximum 6 participants). This is not a "group class" but an opportunity for participants to work, with supervision, at their own pace, to complete the workout program that has been developed during Quick Start or with their private instructor.
Open Gym participants are encouraged to schedule one or more private sessions a month, to evaluate their workout program, learn new exercises, and receive individual assistance with special needs and goals.
Prerequisites for Open Gym Enrollment
- Quick-Start, or
- A minimum of 8-10 privates sessions
Participants must be familiar with their workout program including proper exercise technique, exercise order, and equipment safety & set up. Your private session instructor will determine when it is appropriate for you to enroll.

(No classes Saturday 9/1 or Monday 9/3 - Labor Day)
- October 1 - October 27
(Session Break: Oct. 29 - Nov. 5th )

(No classes November 22-24 - Thanksgiving Holiday)
- December 3 - Jan. 6, 2008
(Holiday Drop-In classes - Schedule TBD.)
